Henri is an award winning Master Sommelier and has worked in a range of prestigious establishments including the Manoir au Quatre Saisons where he worked closely with Raymond Blanc.

He is currently Wines and Spirits Director for the Hotel du Vin where he trains and manages over 50 sommeliers and barmen. Henri consults for a variety of restaurants and wine merchants in countries all over the world including France and the UK and rangeing as far as the Caribbean! A Frenchman by origin, Henri has been working in the UK for over 15 years. He is an experienced communicator and teacher and regularly holds wine tastings and food and wine matching classes for his VIP clients.
