In partnership with Angela Mount, Taste-In offers you a completely new food and wine matching tasting service designed to hone your skills, complement your cuisine and bring out the best in your wines. It will also dazzle your taste buds and enthral and entertain your guests!
Our Master Match food and wine matching service offers both corporate and private clients a delicious medley of taste sensations through themed menus and a range of wines carefully selected to go with them.
Classic Master Match.
Together with our professional chefs, we have created a stunning selection of Master Match Menus for you to choose from. Once you have chosen your menu, we will pick the wines to partner it in accordance with your preferred drinking theme. Angela and the Taste-In team will arrive at your home/venue fully equipped for the entire service. Your event will kick off with a champagne aperitif and an appetizer. This will be followed by a tasting of 6 wines with 6 matching morsels as Angela takes you through the intricacies of food and wine pairing.
The tasting will take approximately 2 hours.
Sommelier Service: Quote upon request.
Our Sommelier Service can create a completely bespoke food and wine matching experience for the most ardent and sophisticated of foodies. This could vary from an intimate dinner party with your own personal sommelier to a full-on ‘cook-in’ with one of the UK’s top up and coming and celebrity chefs.
Taste-In Terms:
Classic Master Match: From £3,600 (plus VAT)
This service offers you a Master Match tasting for up to 18 people at your home and is completely inclusive.
